Music at Midweek: The Shins

March isn't just the month of my birth... it's Portland Month for all the music I post on the blog, which I know is what you all really come here for.

Next up, everyone's erstwhile indie faves, The Shins! Yes, yes... the whole "You gotta hear this song, it'll change your life!" scene from Garden State sort of ruined this song, but damn it... I loved this song way before Zach Braff ever did, and it reminds of sunny and summery days here in the great Northwest. So I'm reclaiming it!
